Transworld Title Company opened its doors at the end of 2002 by Douglas S. Proctor who is the Managing Member and President of Transworld Title. Mr. Proctor has been in the business since 1992 when he started working at Transnation Title Insurance Company in the Southeast Michigan Commercial Department. In 1997 he went to work for a large Detroit law firm as the "Title Specialist" where he reviewed title and surveys for transactions throughout the United States. In 1999 he was requested to return to Transnation to head up their Commercial Department. He stayed again until he opened Transworld Title.

We handle a expansive range of transactions including large commercial, small residential, purchases, refinances, cash sales, land contracts, construction loans and 1031 exchanges. Our examination team has over a decade and a half of experience with residential and commercial property examinations. Our processors/closers are well versed in all transactions with our senior escrow manager having over 40 years of experience in real estate related businesses.

Our office is located in Farmington Hills, servicing mainly the Southeast Michigan Tri-County area; however, we do handle transactions throughout the State of Michigan as requested. Over the years Transworld has steadily and organically grown its client base as a result of the satisfaction our current clientele has had through their experiences working with us.
